Upgrade 1.2.10 to 1.2.11

Hi All,

I recently did a clean install of Cacti 1.2.10 and experienced issue 3313, https://github.com/Cacti/cacti/issues/3313. SO i blatted the DB and replaced all the files and didn't tick the blank box at the bottom of the list (as suggested).
Now i've come to upgrade to 1.2.11 and I just get a blank EULA screen, if i close and reopen the browser i just get the login page saying it's version 1.2.10 and no login works.

Nothing was listed in the cacti log, except it's still scanning successfully in the background.

For now i've restored a backup of the database and the files and all is working again on 1.2.10.

This is running on Ubuntu 18.04 with all updates installed.

Any ideas?

Magically, after posting this i found this:
viewtopic.php?f=21&t=60850
I commented out in /var/www/cacti/include/config.php the line

/*$cacti_cookie_domain = 'cacti.net';
*/

And ran the wizard and EULA was there an upgrade completed successfully.
