Reportit not exporting files or generating emails

PHP: 5.4.16
Cacti version: 1.2.9
Reportit version: 1.1.3

I have reportit setup and I am testing a simple report to give me the maximum in/out for a 24 hour period. I can run it as a one-off without any issue but I never see any files placed into the archives or exports folder. I also do not see any emails generated.

Auto Archiving and Auto Exporting are enabled under Console -> Configuration -> Settings -> Reports. Paths are set and they have the green check next to them. I have gone to the CLI and tried creating a file then deleting it in these paths. That was successful. Auto E-mailing is also enabled. I am not seeing any errors in the httpd_error log or in the cacti log. There is no message in the server maillog indicating that it has tried to send an email.

Can anyone think of anything else that I can/should check? Are there other places to look for information to troubleshoot the problem?
