Cacti from 1.1.38 to 1.2.9 the update is not completed
Hi to all,
I upgrade my cacti based on CentOS 7 from 1.1.38 to 1.2.9, the update seems to end correctly but when I log in to cacti, the procedure for completing the update does not start and cacti remains at the version 1.1.38.
Is it possible to fix?
Many thanks.

Can you give more evidence of what you have done and what's not working?

Hi netniV,
thank-you for answer, all commands inserted by putty for update work fine.
After inserted all commands the update will coplete by the procedure that starts by first login in my cacti home-page.
I do this login but nothing happen, I reach the normal home page and the version displayed is 1.1.38.

Re: Cacti from 1.1.38 to 1.2.9 the update is not completed
Hi netniV,
I follow these instructions: https://www.cacti.net/downloads/docs/html/upgrade.html
I complete all points without error but at the point 10:
Point your web browser to:
http://your-server/cacti/
Follow the on-screen instructions so your database can be updated to the new version.
I point my web brouser to http://my-server/cacti/ but I don't see any instructions, it only ask to me credential to login, I insert credentials and it starts to show to me the graph as always happen, version remain 1.1.38.
Many thanks.

What you need to do then, is look at the where /cacti/ maps to via your web server configuration. You will likely find that it is looking at the older path for some reason.

That depends on your system and your setup, we don't ever touch your website configuration (thought we do have FAQ pages for common setups).
