Template Import Error.

Hello,

On importing templates I am getting the following Error.

```Sorry, we could not process your last action.

XML parse error.
XML: Cacti version does not exist.
```

I am using Cacti Version 1.2.8 and I have also attached the template I am trying to import.

This template is an example. I am having this issue with all the templates I tried to import so far.

What version of Cacti was that exported from?

I found that on the cacti forum and it was exported from 0.8.7b.

I am not sure if Cacti can import a template from that version. I think the earliest version migration is normally 0.8.8, but I've never seen someone try to bring a template over from an earlier version.
