I'm having cacti installation issue with the following message.

PHP extensions are mandatory, and MUST be installed before continuing your Cacti install. on windows. Please help me to resolve this.

You need to ensure those modules are enabled. The Cacti Windows Installer does normally install PHP and configure the modules unless you have already done that yourself. In the latter case, you must manually enable the modules (google is your friend for how to do that on windows).
