Possible Automation for Graph Tree

Is there a way to automate that when you create a folder with the title as a device naming convention, it will find any graphs with that namesake and auto add them to that 'branch' folder on the tree?

Nope, not currently. But you could probably create a plugin for it, otherwise you could log it in the github issue tracker as a feature request.
