Poller[Main Poller] WARNING: Invalid Response(s)

Dear All,

please help , i just install cacti 1.2.4 on ubuntu 19.10
but after install cannot show traffic ,

it says POLLER: Poller[Main Poller] WARNING: Invalid Response(s), Errors[1] Device[192.168.50.1] Thread[1] DS[192.168.50.1 -] Graphs[192.168.50.1 -]

whereas from another cacti server monitoring (1.1.1.8 ) everything is fine...

please advice

Have you done a manual snmpwalk to make sure your new server can actually query the remote server?

Change the Cacti Logging to Medium so that you can see what is actually returned with the failure.

I already set to medium. Log came out is

I'm still received "Invalid Response". Please help.

My problem is solve after I change ubuntu version

I'm using Windows 10. The OS can cause the issue?
