Cacti not showing any data

Hello,

I am facing problem were cacti stopped showing any data after I run "php rebuild_poller_cache.php" after some debugging I saw that the poller is timing out I got below:

I also troubleshooted the datasource and got as shown . also attached.

also in raw number in datasource has decreased from 51240 to 600 as shown .also attached.

It sounds almost like your RRD's are hosed for some reason. Are you sure you have the correct access permissions on the files/folders? They should be writable by both the website user and polling user (if different).

Since you have no data, you may want to just remove the RRD file and let Cacti recreate it.

If I removed the RRD file I would lose all data right?
I already tried to remove some corrupted RRD files but also didn't worked.
Also one more thing when I disable/enable the device the status become (unkown) as shown.

That usually means it hasn't been polled yet. Check that your poller has been running.
