Cacti graphs cannot display

We tried to use OID to create cacti graphs for a Dell FX2 poweredge switch.
We were able to retrieve the data from snmpwalk as shown below.
However, the cacti graph did not show anything, refer to the attached screen capture.
Is there any ideas?
