I'm trying to interpret the connections graph. The graph seems to have a Y axis of 0-2. On some servers 0-3. It never goes above that.
Meanwhile, mysqltuner.pl says that Highest connection usage is 100% (20 out of 20).
I know that the Connections query returns a counter, so is the Y axis value on the graph connections per minute? Connections per 600 seconds?
What I'd really like to know is how many of the configured connections are in use at any given time.
All suggestions welcome.
Thanks, Ed Greenberg

Hello everyone
I am mounting this collection of graphics for mysql and I am having some problems that I do not know why it is due.
Graphs do not output data.
In the log output this error
Code:
10/21/2017 09:00:02 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[3] DS[51] CMD: /usr/bin/php /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/mysql_stats.php traffic xx.xx.xx.xx:3306 cacti_stats password, output: U
10/21/2017 09:00:02 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[3] DS[51] WARNING: Result from CMD not valid. Partial Result: U
and when doing the tests from the console gives me this
Code:
/usr/bin/php /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/mysql_stats.php thread xx.xx.xx.xx:3306 cacti_stats password
PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 5 in /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/mysql_stats.php on line 26
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() in /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/mysql_stats.php:28
Stack trace:
#0 {main}
thrown in /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/mysql_stats.php on line 28
I have reviewed everything and this is correct, I access mysql from the console with the user
Code:
mysql -u cacti_stats -h xx.xx.xx.xx -p
Enter password:
