The traffic graph and the threshold are removed, but I still receive an alert message.

Post by HANetwork »

Hi,

I created a traffic graph on one of the interfaces of my router, and I configured the threshold so that I receive an alert e-mail in the event of a traffic cut on this interface.

Then, I deactivated the interface, and i deleted the garph and the threshold, but I still receive the e-mail alert.

Could you help me to find a solution for this issue ?

Regards.

You likely have a datasource left for that device which is notifying you if the device seems to go down.

filter the datasource by the device and then see what's left.
