500 Internal Server Error durin install 1.2.6 on centos 7

Hi

my environment is as follows

PHP -> 5.4.16
SNMP -> 1.5.7.2
RRDTOOL -> 1.4.8-9
MYSQL -> 1:5.5.64
HTTPD -> 2.4.6


I installed cacti on cento 7 but during setup I get the following error.

That should only happen if you are missing lib/installer.php
