Hi guys!
I would like to know where the graph templates are stored by default on the Cacti server. Shouldn't there be a directory where all XML files are stored? Unfortunately I couldn't find anything
Thank you in advance!

Re: Graph Templates Location on Cacti Server
Graph templates are stored in the database with a reference file in resources depending on the graph type.

Due to the underlying complexity, that's why it is normally done via import/export.

Re: Graph Templates Location on Cacti Server
Hi
Thanks for the answer! So do you know any advices what I can do if the import of graph templates doesn't work?
1. I chose the template File I wanted to import. (Got it from my old cacti server)
2. I clicked on "Import"
3. The "Import Preview Results" are shown
4. I click on "close"
5. Go to the graph templates
6. Nothing new there
Thanks in advance
Re: Graph Templates Location on Cacti Server
Yes, I think I do
There was a change made to preview the template import first. You should then untick the preview option and import again (I think you need to select the import file again).
I opened an enhancement request for 1.3 to stop forcing the user to select everything twice just to import so that after preview, you can just say, yes I want this template.
