Cacti graphs only showing realtime data &doesnt keep history

Hi,

I have installed Cacti and added my devices but my graphs only show real time data.
i.e it doesnt keep history data traffic - yesterdays data graph shows empty but if i click on real time then i start seeing traffic.

How can i resolve this?

I also want to configure smokeping template on my cacti and it also doesnt show anything.

That's normally a permission or selinux issue if you definitely have the poller.php kicking in via cron.
