I can't see weekly, monthly, yearly graphs

Post by ogonzales »

Hi,

I'm having a problem looking at historical weekly, monthly and annual graphs. In "cactiok.png" you see a client that has all the mentioned graphics, but in "cactifail" I can only see the daily chart. Before starting this problem, the following change was made:

console > settings > Poller > Poller Interval > Every Minute (previously Every 5 Minutes)
console > settings > Poller > Cron Interval > Every Minute (previously Every 5 Minutes)

After setting the parameters to "Every Minute" a cut was seen in all the graphics and everything was returned to "Every 5 Minutes". Please your support to be able to appreciate all the graphs in the new clients taking into account that the problem is presented only for the new graphs added after the change indicated above. Thanks

Likely a data source profile with only on cf. You will have to review their install.
