Your issue has been logged and hopefully resolved in the above issue. v1.2.5 will be officially released tomorrow more than likely (pending any major issues).

Was that after getting the latest update from GitHub? If so, update the above issue and paste your results.

Yes, I made a new installation yesterday from github, and the result is the same as before, same error in the same point.

I have tried the same with a ubiquiti AC device, and the same happens with the AirOS, the process arrives at the ifname and can not continue.

And update was just made to lib/data_query.php. Please test with that.

I'm sorry to say that I still have problems with ubiquiti equipment graphics, graphics can not be generated and the log shows the following

So, when you perform an snmpget to the OID in question, what do you get? The problem may simply be a slow device. Have you increased the timeouts? Tried snmpv2?

I have several ubiquiti devices, they all work with snmp v1 and the result is the same in all of them.

These same devices are in a 8.8a cacti and they work correctly.

Attach screen shots of the poller cache from 0.8.8a and 1.2.5 for the same devices as well as the snmpget output.

Re: Problem with SNMP - Interface Statistics and cacti 1.2.5

Post by praxtoneitor »

The problem is that when selecting the same interface in both cactis, (in this case ath0), cacti 0.8.8a uses a valid OID that returns data, but cacti 1.2.5 uses another one that does not return anything.

Cacti 1.2.5
The OID in interface ath0/5

user@host>snmpwalk -v1 -c public 10.50.36.20 .1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.3.5
user@host>

Cacti 0.8.8a
user@host>snmpwalk -v1 -c public 10.50.36.20 .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.5

So, where are the screen shots? And do you know why the OID's are different? Send the verbose query output from both as well. So, to summarize, you owe me:

1) Screen shots 0.8.8 and 1.x Poller Cache
2) Verbose query output for both
3) Add the resource/snmp_query/*.xml file too.

Attach the screenshots and /snmp_queries/interface.xml in the cactis.
