Cacti1.2.4 -> Graph don't show the new data

Dear team,
Please help me to solve this issue.

My current cacti version is 1.1.37 and get a issue with Thold/Setting plugin. I posted it to forum and some friend advise me to upgrade to new version.

I finished install cacti v1.2.4 onto new Centos server then I copy the rra folder (/usr/share/cacti/rra) from old server to new cacti server, it run normally (as attachment), but seem that the cacti new version don't get the new data info, hence the graph don't show the new info.

Please help to advise about this situation.

I revert to the point I have just installed cacti 1.2.4, add 02 device with the same parameter with the current Cacti system, but it doesn't work. The status is still "Unknown". Can anybody help me to solve it.

I have the problem after upgrading from 1.2.3 to 1.2.4. The graph is empty.
