Cannot create new Threshold

Hi.. does anyone have experience with below error?

Window 2016
Cacti 0.8.8H
PHP Version 5.6.3
MySQL 5.6.27
Thold 0.4.1

CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Save Command Failed for Table 'thold_data'. Error was 'Field 'percent_ds' doesn't have a default value'

Basically just select Interface object then "create threshold with template" but nothing happen
Only affect to apply new threshold / Current devices threshold can be modify and alerts works fine
