How to instal spine version 1.1.38 on cacti?

Hi All,
i install cacti ver 1.1.38 success, however i can not install spine on it. after download cacti-spine. i unzip and run cli: sh bootstrap. erro show "FATAL: Unable to locate dos2unix utility
bootstrap: 38: exit: Illegal number: -1"
I don't understand it, who can explain for me. tks all!

p/s: i want instal cacti ver 0.8.8, i seach on internet but install not success. Please sent document step by step on ubuntu 18.04.
i live Vietnamese. so I write English not well. ^^

Try running the command manually and see what you get, break it down by removing some of the piped output to deduce why it creates an empty result
