Need help with winserver2016 cacti installation

I'm having this error when I access cacti on my localhost:

FATAL: Connection to Cacti database failed. Please ensure:

the PHP MySQL module is installed and enabled.
the database is running.
the credentials in config.php are valid.

When I checked on the logs, I found this:

Check that mysqld is running on localhost and that the port is 3306.
You can check this by doing 'telnet localhost 3306'

I used 1.2.2, the all in one installation package.

I believe there was an issue with the MySQL web installation. Try the 1.2.3 download.
