Has anyone on this forum was luckly enough to get CACTI to work with the Aethra routers (ATOSNT)?

As long as it supports SNMP or you can create a script to query the device for non-basic snmp stuff, Cacti can monitor pretty much anything. There are standard MIB's used for most interface/system information OID's and then for extra detail there are custom OID's by most manufacturers. It really comes down to what you want to graph and how the device reports it.

That's a specific MIB for Aethra devices but the normal interfaces should appear under the MIB2 stuff. You'd have to see if you can find any information on the SNMP output or just do a manual walk and see if the MIB2 interface information is there.
