Help please... Upgraded to 1.2.3 stuck at Error screen

Upgraded to 1.2.3 and now stuck at the error screen and not sure what to do...

Here is the upgrade screen when I started it:

And now if I reboot or refresh I just get the following:

Any ideas on how to continue???? or how to find out what happened???

So it looks like after letting it sit a few cacti came up but no graphs are showing but a page I had that monitors graphs shows a graph with no data since I took the server down to upgrade it.

** Update **

So I guess I just need to patient.... I found out if I logged out and back in this appears to have fixed the issue of seeing graphs.

Now just waiting to see if the graphs will start updating. Realtime is working so expect them to update.
