Migrating Cacti 0.8.8a to a new server running 1.1.38 Debian

So I am having an Issue migrating my db/old graphs from an existing server to a new server. The old server is running 0.8.8a the new server is running 1.1.38 on Debian 9. I followed the following steps to migrate and everything worked and the db seems to be present with proper credentials and the rrd files are in the right place. I also made sure to convert the rrd to xml on the machine they were created on then sftp them to the new build where they were converted back to rrd and permissions changed. However when I go to my cacti build there is none of my old graphs available. Am I missing something? any help would be awesome. I can provide any other information to help with my troubleshooting. (I added some outputs I though might be helpful)

The only thing coming to mind for me: Are the old files in the correct location? I would insure that they are and being updated.

Why go to 1.1.38? I would go straight to 1.2.2.

Either way, look at Data Source Info and Data Source Debug on the data source of the graph.
