There is a working version for Cacti 1.x, but I'm not sure which branch it is in. Maybe @netniV can add color here.

As beast pointed out, there is a dev version. There is no full release yet as there is still a relatively large list of outstanding tasks that Howie is getting through.

The dev version IS working from a polling/generating point of view. It is more the UI for editing existing graphs that isn't so great right now. Yesterday I submitted a patch to update the JavaScript message that would appear to help people realise the steps that the dev version requires (about three command line commands that take 2 minutes to complete).
