Re: cacti.data_source_stats_hourly_cache note
The message is really a MySQL issue, though the error that you are seeing is because of the InnoDB engine that is used for most of the tables does not need to repair it's tables because it uses the ACID compliant transactions with referential integrity. MyISAM on the other hand does need to be repaired so would not show the above errors when there are tables using that format.

Re: cacti.data_source_stats_hourly_cache note
Thanks netniV i figure that out and it is not more error message in my cacti but i am stuck in another problem that is real graph plugin showing graphs but no other are not and when i gave this rrdtool fetch <rrd file> AVERAGE it will show nan to every entry. When i use this
cd /var/www/html/rra
ls -l it shows root:root:filename.rrd
i am unable to change its ownership to cacti or apachi user
what is the exact issue how can i get my graph back without losing my historical data
Is there any way out?

Re: cacti.data_source_stats_hourly_cache note
You must use root to change the ownership/permissions of both files and the folders that they are held in.
