automatic login as guest/guest

How can I automatically login as guest without typing it ?
Specially usefull for visitors ?

Sure. Anything you give the 'guest' user rights to will work without a password. You may notice that by default under 'Allowed Sections' the guest user only has rights to 'View Graphs'. You can however change this and give guest rights to whatever you want.

It sounds like you'd want to grant guest rights to 'Console Access' going by your request.

I want to give the users 'viewing' access to the graphs only WITHOUT logging in with guest/guest.
I've seen a site where this happened (yes with CACTI) but cannot remember were this was.

Cacti gives you the possibility to view graphs pages without logging in. If you provide your users with a link to graphs page (like http://your.server.com/cacti/graph_view.php) cacti will treat them as a "guest" users automatically.

You can customize this behavior in "Cacti settings" section "Guest user".
