interface vlan not graphing

Hi guys please help me,

interface statistic is graphing just fine i didn't use any template just default in/out bits but on the interface vlan is not graping value is 0.

Any idea ?

im using cisco sg350 as my L3 and cacti 1.1.38

Put the device into debug mode, make sure it's graphing the correct OID's and getting a value back.

Try running that OID using SNMPWALK or SNMPGET but I suspect the issue is that the vlan isn't actually reporting any traffic on that OID.

I did snmp walk here's the result.

top is the interface vlan.
bottom is the physical port.

what do you think about it?

Exactly as I did before, you have no interface stats on that vlan. You may need to enable it to make it work on the device itself.

So you mean the issue is more on the switch not on the snmp or cacti?

but the inter vlan has users traffic passing thur already why its not registering in OID any idea?

Check if you need to enable something to have stats recorded via SNMP for VLANs. I'm assuming it's possible since the OID is there. Alternatively, make sure that is definitely the index for the VLAN your expecting.

The VLAN itself holds traffic, but in reality it is just a bus. Traffic passes through it but until it enters or exits the device, what's to report? Traffic stats are reported across an interface. A VLAN is a single area. You would need to go from the VLAN to/from somewhere to report.
