I have a hobby installation on Centos, just upgraded from 1 1 33 to beta 4.
followed steps in browser, didn't seem to need to do any db update in terminal ?
it all seems to be OK, but, my graphs are graphing from now, all the history is gone
where did I go wrong ?
can I copy old data to overwrite new so I maintain history ?
old was usr/share/cacti-1.1.33
new is usr/share/cacti-1.2.0-beta4
copy /usr/share/cacti-1.1.33/rra to new path ?
thanks for the new version

Re: after upgrade history gone
The DB upgrade has been performed, I assume it was all green so means it was successful. If you have installed to a new folder, then the RRA folder will not hold any history information. You should just be able to copy over the RRA folder as long as it isn't symlinked to the same place.
Just make sure your permissions are properly set on the files etc.
