apt-get install cacti cacti-spine UNMET Dependencies

I Get this error (see screenshot) whenever i install cacti. "apt-get install cacti cacti-spine"

Please help


Installed packages.
add-apt-repository 'deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu trusty universe'
apt-get install apache2 mysql-server-5.7 php libapache2-mod-php
apt-get install snmp snmpd rrdtool

Did you add any other archives in any of /etc/apt/sources.list or /etc/apt/sources.list.d?

The versions are self-contained in one version of Ubuntu, so this definitely looks like wrong mix-and-match.
Maintainer of cacti in Debian (and Ubuntu).
Cacti 1.* is now officially supported on Debian Stretch via Debian backports
