Migrate cacti from w2k8 to w2k16

Hi All, im going to migrate our old cacti server from w2k8 to w2k16.
Cacti is version 0.8.7g, running on IIS with PHP Version 5.2.14 and MySQL 5.1... so all is quite old.
Now i want to delete that server that is why I have to migrate all stuff to another one.

Is there any way to make it simple? export/import? Or I need to configure all from the very begining?
Is there are something to to be careful of? Should I use newest stable versions of PHP, MySQL etc.?

At the moment server is monitoring about 500 different nodes.
I will be greatfull for any suggestions.

You will need to backup your DB and RRD's so that you have all the data and restore these on the new server. As with any server migration, you will need to copy over permissions, users, etc.
