please help, there is no data in my graph

hello, i have recently installed a windows cacti on a win2008, package was downloaded via the forum.

now i can see the graph but there is no data, please masters help me!

there are some logs in attached.

You have numerous issues going on here. Firstly, your settings for MySQL are below the recommendations on a lot of the lines. Secondly, you are having issues querying for data (hence most of the orange lines), thirdly, you are hitting the ASSERT RECACHE issue that is a known issue in the 1.1.x branch and has been fixed in the 1.2 development branch (that is currently in beta).

thank you so much for pointing them out, sadly i'm not familiar with SQL, how can i fix that.......

Either put the device in question into debug mode, or raise you entire logging level to HIGH (the former is recommended since it only affects that specific device so reduces log spam).

thank you very much, i've turned on the high logging, since it is only a startup cacti, only 2 devices there, and only "local win machine" is active.

So, the answer appears to be pretty simple, either you don't have the SNMP service properly installed and configured or the Windows Firewall is blocking you from access the SNMP port that should be open.

If you try an snmpwalk at the command line using any of those OID's to your server, you'll likely get a timeout.
