95th Percentile Map Creation

Post by ktoya »

I recently setup LibreNMS with Weathermap and created a map using the editor plugin. I am wondering what is the best way to go about creating a map which shows 95th percentile data over the last week rather than the current throughput? I thought that maybe I could change the TARGET for the links but am unsure what to change them to if that is even the way to go about it.

There is some support for selecting different aggregation functions from rrdtool. I don't *think* that's enough to get 95th %ile though - just max/min.

This uses CDEF, but according to this post, I wrote it in 2008!

I will investigate and update this topic :-)
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)
