Timerange per hours, "working-hours" selection, da

I'm currently trying to implement cacti to monitor windows server load from a linux server. Appart the fact that for the moment i don't monitor cpu/memory(but i saw some posts talking about it so i'll check) it would be usefull for me to :

- graph during "work hours", 04 AM to 21 PM and get an average usage on this timerange
- export values to csv file for further exploitation

it seems like for the moment it's not possible but maybe i'm looking in the wrong direction
