Unable to create rrd file after upgrade

since i upgrade my cacti from 0.8.8 to 1.1.38, i got following after creating a grath

and in cacti log, i got this message

You need to update your plugins to the ones compatible with 1.X

after a few hours, the grath was created alone, but no traffic.
