flowview not open listening ports and no delete listener

Hi Cacti,

I installed in ubuntu a cacti 0.8.8f and install the plugin of flowview and cofigure listeners but i can't listen any data neither the port i configures 9995 is open;


root@ubuntu:/tmp# netstat -uan
Active Internet connections (servers and established)
