problem with display graphs in tree view

I had problem with a graph tree, I did a graph, in the console, but when I move to graph and I select tree view, I can not see the graph, only in the console in the graph tree.

Looks like a corrupted graph tree. Best bet to remove the broken trees, then upgraded.
Before history, there was a paradise, now dust.
