poller.php error - spine.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Got Cacti up and running, having issue setting up the poller per instructions here: https://www.cacti.net/downloads/docs/ht ... ndows.html

Step 6, get this error:

The procedure entry point__assert_func could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\cygwin\usr\src\cacti-spine-1.1.38\spine.exe.

Running process explorer, and when creating a graph php-cgi.exe is denied trying to create file here:

c:\users\mylocalID\downloads\cacti-1.1.38

and denied RegOpenKey here:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Winsock2\Parameters

Granted rights to PHP and Cacti path to run the scheduled task for user.

Also switched poller to cmd.php, (instead of spine).

Issue resolved.
