SNMP output right, but empty graphs with -1 values!

Post by mrh »

03/17/2005 11:36:05 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[7] SNMP: v1: 10.8.254.1, dsname: nt_virmem_used, oid: .1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.1.2.0, output: 120459264
03/17/2005 11:36:05 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[7] SNMP: v1: 10.8.254.1, dsname: nt_virmem_total, oid: .1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.1.3.0, output: 254500864
03/17/2005 11:36:05 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[7] SNMP: v1: 10.8.254.1, dsname: nt_phymem_free, oid: .1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.1.1.0, output: 34127872

How can this happening? I've the SNMP results OK, but in my graphs there are only -1 values. If I use a different OID it will draw the value right, but not with the ones I want (memory).

HELP please! I've spend 2 days and I cannot guess what's wrong!

THANKS a LOT

Please, any ideas? I'm still in this problem. I'm able to monitor all MIBs except memory ones. I've tried to remove MIBs of NET-SNMP, put them up again...

Thanks!

Sillly question, what is the max on the data source template? Try setting it to 0 and delete the affect rrd's so they are recreated.

Also, check that you have a reasonable max on the graph template as well.

OK Tony, I already adjusted the max values, but I didn't know that a rrd file deletion was needed... so thank you again for your time to answer us.
