I have a problem with the real amount of traffic my cacti calculate the traffic on my port only under 500Mbps others that it can not calculate, my traffic about 2Gbps on the main port so how can monitor it

are you using 64bit counters?
32bit counter can count max of 2^32 octets -> 4096MB of data -> 546Mb (with 1min pooling interval), after this limit it resets to zero and is counting again.
