[SOLVED]Graph Ping in device Windows

Hello everybody,
i've tried to make graph in Windows Device, but when i try, only appear Unix - Device Ping, i've tried with this, but the graph
still blank....

I searched in forum and found this post: about8497.html
But not work, graph still blank....

I want to do ping test for create threshold alert when device going down send me a e-mail....
There's another solution?
