Look for a Ubiquiti Edgeswitch Template

I am currently trying to graph a ubnt edgeswitch. I am pretty new to graphing/monitoring networks. The guy that used to do this where I work no longer works here, and no one else knows anything about it. Does anyone have a template for the edgeswitch, or have any advice on how to proceed to get it to graph?

Does the edge switch need a specific template or does it use the standard HOST-MIB interfaces SNMP data?
