Canot find base url repo issue.

I am new to linux I have installed Cactiez but while running any command getting errors. Error file is attached below please suggest the solution for the same.

Check your DNS Settings

Your DNS settings are normally stored in /etc/resolv.conf though on some systems, that file is populated automatically by whatever network manager they prefer to use instead.
