Outbound blue line under the inbound gree area

Hi. All:
See the attchment , my graph have some problem.
The blue line be under in the green area. how can i resolve it ?

Edit the graph template and move the items that should appear painted over other stuff down. See the graph item configuration this way: The top graph item (item #1) is drawn first. Item #2 is drawn second over #1, and so on. So, move the graph item(s) that draw the blue line below the graph item(s) that paint the green area. The default traffic graph templates are laid out this way.
