We are playing with Cacti, and I envision using it to show reports, or a continuously updated view, of switch ports with the highest usage. We have Cacti up and running and graphing traffic on switch ports, but I'm not sure where to start for 'filtering' a report or view based on traffic over the last X minutes. Ultimately, I'd like to also resolve Switch Port>MAC>IP>DNS Hostname for display in the view or report, but that's the next step.
