is there a way to Customize login page to add Company logo

You can replace cacti/images/auth_background.gif to your logo. In cacti/include/themes/classic/main.css section .cactiLoginLogo, .cactiLogoutLogo you can modify other parameters.

Note, if you use a different theme as then the location of the image is likely to change. Check the CSS files (usually the main.css)
