Cacti 1.1.37 installed on centos 7 not showing realtime graphs

using spine pollar

Couple of questions

• Are there any logs on the system showing that devices are being polled? There should be a DSSTATS and a Poller entry at the very least
• Is the poller cron enabled and configured correctly? (If you used a package version that should be the case)
• Are you attempting to poll against the local host?
  • If so, is the SNMP daemon installed and configured corrected?
  • Can you query using SNMPWALK to verify that it is?
• Have you used the graph debug options to see what data is being placed into the RRD files?
• Are you using a custom script to gather the data in questions? If so, have you run it at the command line to see that data is coming out correctly?

devices are being polled and rrd files are also being created
pollar cron enabled
no i am not attempting to poll against local host, its remote host and snmp is enabled on remote host

already used the graph debug option

There is another option to see the actual data of the RRD files. Check that data is actually going in. The other thing you can do is take the command used by the poller (visible in the poller cache) then run that manually as your poller user to see that it's able to get the output correctly.

• Turn Graph Debug On within Console -. Management -> Graphs -> Edit.
• Graphs tab, settings cog next to each graph
