Hi. On a system here long running Version 0.8.8f successfully (Ubuntu 16.04), I just discovered that around 10 days ago data collection polling began failing, with errors like:
CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Assoc Failed!, Error:'1017
The database files exist.
Results of: php ./repair_database.php

NOTE: Checking for Invalid Cacti Templates
NOTE: 11 Invalid Data Input Data Rows Found in Data Templates
WARNING: Cacti Template Problems found in your Database. Using the '--force' option will remove
the invalid records. However, these changes can be catastrophic to existing data sources. Therefore, you
should contact your support organization prior to proceeding with that repair.

While losing the database (which is almost 2 years old) would not be a total disaster, I'd much prefer to recover it if possible. Any ideas? Thanks!

Re: Sudden apparent MYSQL failure
Need more information on the SQL failure. Can you give more of the log detail around the times where it's erroring?

Re: Sudden apparent MYSQL failure
Thanks! Attached is a longer chunk of the log.
Re: Sudden apparent MYSQL failure
I fixed this by truncating the poller_output table.
