Yup I know, sorry I wasn't clear. When you are polling for this info, are you polling the vCenter appliance (IP) or the ESXi host IP?
I just assumed that since vCenter knows what's happening in the cluster (2,3,4 etc hosts) you could get all the info from vCenter by polling its IP.

However, it looks like in order to get the ESXi Hosts graph info, you need to poll the ESXi physical host (IP).

Just wanted clarity on that.

I don't have VCenter installed so yes, I poll the host directly for it's information.
