Cacti installation on Fedora Core 3

I have installed Cacti along with all the required rpms but I am getting this error when trying to connect to the server. Can you please help me out ..

Hy !!!

At this moment, i have put all permission in the directory /www

chmod -r 777 /www

Try this in a first time to see if cacti run. After, change permission.
