Graphs for CPU/Memory Cisco

Hello

I have network devices already monitoring via cacti, I just added recently under management---device, but still there are no graphs, it show to me empty graph with current value -nan

1) Cisco - CPU Usage Is Being Graphed (Edit)
2) Net-SNMP - CPU Utilization Is Being Graphed (Edit)
3) Net-SNMP - Memory Usage Is Being Graphed (Edit)

could you please help me how i can Tshoot this ?

I check cacti.log and I found below logs, and these DS numbers related to empty graph, anyone can help?
